At Only Her, we spend weeks and weeks, sometimes months communicating with our manufacturers on sizing, learning from our designers and so much more to ensure we can perfect the fit of our garments. But we also completely understand sometimes the size is just a tad off, or it’s not the right colour for you or you simply had a change of mind. On these circumstances, we will gladly offer an exchange or to have the items returned to HO with a code of your purchase amount to then be used in future with no expiry. There is a 30-day period from when the parcel gets delivered to then be able to exchange or return.
Regarding refunds, they will gladly be processed on the grounds that a fault was found in the garment. This is only accepted within 30 days of the parcel arriving to the customers front door and faulted goods are to be returned to HO before any refunds are processed. There will be no returns at all on all bodysuits, swimwear and intimate wear.
